Novel Idiyappam & Sevai Maker may be used to make single star murukku/ribbon murukku and Multihole murukku for home purpose only hence buyer has to buy these extrusion discs at extra cost and for commercial purpose it is not recommended as the shape will not be good. 

After purchase if buyer facing any difficulty to make Idiyappam/Sevai/Noodles then all the support / guidance will be given through phone call/whatsapp.

Buyer from India or Overseas must clear all the doubts through phone/whatsapp call including the style or way you prepare Idiyappam or Sevai or other names like Noolputtu, Noolappam, Sandhagai, Sandhagam, Shavige and Sastralu etc. satisfy 100 % then remit amount in the account to buy  Novel Idiyappam & Sevai Maker.

Optional Extrusion plates to make single star murukku, six hole murukku and ribbon pakoda are available at extra cost for home use only as the shape is not good due to high force / eccentric rotation hence it is not recommended for commercial use but for home purpose it is manageable due to low quantity of dough

 Material will be dispatched within 24 hours through courier / India Post upon information of payment made by buyer against order of 250 ML Novel Idiyappam & Sevai Maker whereas 500 ML / 1000 ML are Made to order.

No COD hence 100% remittance to be made.

 Warranty: – 6 months + 

• Warranty is valid only in the country of purchase i.e., in India only.

• Though the warranty is not available to overseas buyers but necessary courtesy support/components can be supplied and technical issues can be attended through videocall as it is user friendly mechanism.

• As it is direct online sales for service / to claim warranty the buyer has to contact customer care then send / receive – Chennai by post / courier at buyer’s cost.

Wrong Use:- Barrel, barrel holder deep groove rail are made from Die-cast Aluminium which has tendency of brittleness against wrong use hence warranty is not valid if the product is wrongly used example dough needs certain boiledness otherwise it will be like rubber then dough cannot form as string and come out of barrel eventually barrel limb or deep groove rail may break, to get high production if dough filling loading barrel by one person and handle rotation by another person and pressing fruits to get juice and continues use of machine without apply coconut or palm oil can wear out gear teeth are wrong use.

Repair and Service for out station during / after Warranty

Who knows simple mechanism can do the repair on their own as the machine is user friendly mechanism or call customer care and take help through whatsapp video call or regular wet/mixer grinder repair service provider or Lathe workshop in your place can do the repair/service and the required components can be sent by courier upon request through whatsapp or we will exchange with new machine provided machine condition warrants?

Idiyappam Plate is buyers scope as various types of Idiyappam steaming plates are available in the market such as Bamboo, SS, PP, Palm leaves and Arka etc hence it is buyers choice to select and buy on their own and for home purpose Idiyappam SS stand also availble online otherwise also idli plate is enough to steam idiyappam for home purpose.

Material of outside body construction is mixer of Die cast Aluminium and GI sheet.

Diecast parts are unpolished i.e. Natural finish only.

Material of inside parts is mixer of hardened Steel where high power needed and Engineering plastic where less power needed.

The color / appearance / aesthetic etc. may be different in actual machine from as shown in you tube / social media pages / whatsapp / website photos / videos
